LOWY traverses warehouse and manufacturing environments using 3D LiDAR placed on top of the robot in parallel with a Simultaneous Localization and Mapping (SLAM) algorithm.
While many AGV/AMR vendors use SLAM for navigation, BALYO has perfected the use of this technology specifically for warehouses and manufacturing environments through years of research and development and proprietary algorithms.
