The Automotive industry has always been a pioneer in automation. Facing a decrease in traditional car markets, and an increase in electric and “greener” vehicle sales, the automotive industry needs to find new ways to reinvent its production model. The emerging monthly rental market pushes this industry towards a higher level of automation and integration to leverage cost and cars maintainability.
BALYO has developed a large portfolio of robots and services to match this increasing need. > Driven by BALYO Stacker carrying materials from foundry to a quality control area.
> Driven by BALYO also deploys tugger trucks to transfer materials from stamping to say, a cutting area.
> In a mounting chain line, driven by BALYO pallet trucks are used to move pallets from inbound areas to other shops (Example: Welding).
