APPLICATION: MILK RUNS IN PRODUCTION

A typical application for manual operators is driving tugger trucks pulling carts with materials to be delivered in multiple locations in a production facility. The Driven by BALYO solution automates the tugger routes removing the need for manual operators to drive in loops all day.

 

The BALYO solution has a capacity of up to 5 000 kg and no limit on the amount of carts they pull as long as they track well. The robotic tugger solution can be as complex as being integrated with a WMS or ERP system to trigger missions and drop off points or as simple as setting up a push button system to call for materials.
